Location: South Africa (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban or Pretoria)

Remuneration: R100K per month via consulting invoice

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior National Account Manager to take full autonomy and accountability over distribution, sales, and margin management for a portfolio of global soft drinks brands.

In this role, you’ll lead strategic account and distributor management, drive growth in key accounts, and strengthen brand positioning across multi-channel wholesale and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage key off-trade wholesale and retail accounts, building strong client relationships and driving sales success.

  • Collaborate closely with distributor partners to ensure optimal distribution and inventory management.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to each client, with a 70% focus on the South African market and remote management of accounts in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, and Malawi.

  • Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting, providing insights for senior leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in Off-trade soft drinks with a multi-channel approach and a strategic view of market trends.

  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.

  • Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and project leadership abilities.

Please note: This role will require frequent travel to different regions in South Africa, as well as limited travel to African countries.
