The Role

The individual is tasked with co-packer management and quality control, they are responsible for overseeing co-packers to ensure that all production deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. They also ensure that all necessary reporting is completed accurately and promptly. Furthermore, they handle the identification and onboarding of new co-packer partners, which is essential for the growth and scaling of the business.

The role extends to supplier development, where they are involved in identifying and integrating new material suppliers into the production chain. They also manage costs meticulously, ensuring that production activities are completed within budgeted cost targets.

The Person

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field required.

7+ years' experience in the USA beverage/food industry.
