National Account Manager – On Trade
Remote/Field-based, UK
£55,000 base salary + 20% bonus + £5,000 car allowance

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Account Ownership – Develop and implement robust annual account plans with full responsibility for performance against agreed
KPIs. Forecasting & Budget Management – Deliver accurate forecasting to support supply chain and finance teams. Own your P&L and ensure budget adherence.
Customer Relationship Management – Build and nurture senior-level relationships across your accounts. Lead on tenders, negotiations, and new business development.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, category, and finance teams to bring plans to life and drive brand positioning.
You’ll Bring
Minimum 1 year as a National Account Manager
Proven P&L ownership and commercial acumen
Strong communication and influencing skills
A strategic mindset and understanding of premium or super-premium positioning
Experience in the UK On Trade channel
Background in the drinks industry (ideally beer or premium beverages)
