National Account Manager – On Trade

Remote/Field-based, UK

£55,000 base salary + 20% bonus + £5,000 car allowance

The Opportunity

This is a role for someone who wants to make an impact—driving strategic account plans, building relationships at a senior level, and delivering profitable growth across a high-profile customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Account Ownership – Develop and implement robust annual account plans with full responsibility for performance against agreed

  • KPIs. Forecasting & Budget Management – Deliver accurate forecasting to support supply chain and finance teams. Own your P&L and ensure budget adherence.

  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and nurture senior-level relationships across your accounts. Lead on tenders, negotiations, and new business development.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, category, and finance teams to bring plans to life and drive brand positioning.

You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year as a National Account Manager

  • Proven P&L ownership and commercial acumen

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • A strategic mindset and understanding of premium or super-premium positioning

  • Experience in the UK On Trade channel

  • Background in the drinks industry (ideally beer or premium beverages)
