Role: Head of Marketing

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 plus 20% bonus

Location: London, Hybrid

Role

The Head of Marketing will take full ownership of a globally recognised portfolio of events and related products. This role involves driving the overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution to ensure sustained growth, increased visibility, and high-performing lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with the portfolio’s growth plan

  • Develop a growth marketing strategy to attract new customers to the portfolio’s suite of products

  • Oversee the execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Manage and lead a growing marketing team

  • Develop the brand across key global media platforms, whilst engaging with individuals outside of the organisation to build relationships

  • Responsible for overall marketing performance reviews including campaign metrics and data management

  • Responsible for marketing budget and weekly reporting on KPI performance and business growth

Requirements

  • 7+ years within senior management of a B2B marketing environment

  • Proven ability to create and deliver effective marketing strategy that drives business growth

  • Experience in budget management, with an analytical, data-driven and structured approach to decision-making

  • Proven ability to manage large teams and foster a culture of success

  • Experience in working with sector and trade associations, and other private sector partners

  • A forward-thinking individual with expertise on community development, data management and global market experience

  • Ability to develop relationships across the business in order to share best practice and enhance team learning

  • Experience in stakeholder (internal and external) management

  • Proven track record in setting and hitting targets and KPIs with weekly reporting on performance updates
