You'll also seek out new data sources, refine targeting processes, and ensure data quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop data plans to achieve business objectives (to increase subscriber and network volumes, orders and revenue from delegates and sponsors.
- Collaborate with global asset class marketing teams to identify target audiences, source and select data, and manage the execution, tracking, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Leverage tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Marketo to maximise marketing performance and data insights.
- Lead briefings and training sessions with the marketing team to embed data-driven planning.
- Work closely with the Data Science team, and marketing managers to creation post-campaign-analysis reports which are accurate, timely, reviewed regularly and actioned.
- Extensive marketing data industry experience gained within B2B financial services, business information or events organisations.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, work under pressure, recruit and manage a high performing team.
- Good understanding of structured query language (SQL) for manipulating data from a large data warehouse.
- Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations and other privacy frameworks and their application within data driven marketing environments.
