Events Marketing Manager

The Role:
  
As part of the marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take the lead on all event marketing initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Ownership and execution of multiple marketing campaigns, including flagship events
  • Management of online events taking place twice monthly
  • Promotion of smaller-scale community events
  • Drive audience growth, engagement and revenue opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, associations, and media partners to build industry relationships
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Events Director on budget planning and execution, measuring effectiveness and ROI
  • Partner with various departments to coordinate communications, report on campaign performance, and spearhead initiatives to drive business growth 
The Successful Candidate:
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing large scale events; conferences or exhibitions
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPI’s and targets
  • Data-savvy, with the ability to interpret data to unearth key insights on campaigns
  • Marketing performance and audience understanding
  • Strong communication skills
