Business Development Manager (B2B Media – MENA Region)
Tech Sector | Extensive MENA Travel
£40k Basic + Uncapped Commission Scheme | OTE £80k+
Location: London / WFH

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a consultative approach, expertise in the tech sector, and experience in the MENA region? This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading media company, traveling extensively across the MENA region to drive growth and deliver innovative digital solutions.
Our client delivers world-class events and media solutions tailored to the rapidly growing tech sector in the MENA region. With an extensive digital inventory and market-leading products, you’ll inherit a well-established portfolio of qualified leads and build on existing relationships while uncovering new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensive MENA Travel: Regularly travel to the MENA region to meet clients, attend events, and build strong, face-to-face relationships.
  • Account Management & New Business: Manage existing client accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the region.
  • Diverse Product Offering: Sell across a portfolio of digital solutions, media products, and flagship events.
  • Tailored Campaigns: Use a consultative approach to design bespoke campaigns that align with client objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Lead Management: Inherit and effectively manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads while proactively generating new ones.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Min 1 year of proven success in B2B media sales, ideally within the tech sector or MENA market.
  • A consultative, creative sales approach with the ability to sell across multiple platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the MENA region.
  • Strong commercial acumen, self-motivation, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing and familiarity with SPIN selling techniques (preferred but not essential).
  • Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills.
