Role: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Madrid, office based
Salary: €100 - €125,000
Reporting to: CEO

Role

The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and strengthen the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, and lead generation strategies, ideally within the education sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans as well as conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies
  • Oversea the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise digital marketing efforts
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive university enrolment
  • Manage relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior-level marketing roles within the education sector
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging marketing technologies 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
