The Role:

The candidate paralegal should have good knowledge of the English language and have good skills in using IT tools (electronic filing systems, in addition to Excel, Word, and similar commonly used software).

The candidate paralegal will be in charge of some of the following tasks:

• Preparing and filing Italian, PCT, EP patent applications under the supervision of a patent attorney. In particular, she/he should be responsible for preparing application documents for filing, based on instructions from the attorney.
• Deadlines such as priority deadline, deadlines for late filing of documents and the like shall also be taken care of, introduced in the watching system and properly watched.
• Alerts to clients or suppliers asking for missing documents (e.g. signed POA, translation for foreign filing, etc).
