Our client, a prestigious and renowned private practice in Italy, is actively seeking to recruit a seasoned Senior Patent Secretary/Paralegal to join their dynamic team.

The Candidate:

The selected candidate will not only enjoy a competitive remuneration package but will also play a pivotal role in steering the future trajectory of the business.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in:

• A senior patent secretary/paralegal role
• Preparing and filing Italian, PCT, EP patent applications under the supervision of a patent attorney. In particular, she/he should be responsible for preparing application documents for filing, based on instructions from the attorney.
• Managing deadlines such as priority deadline and the deadlines for late filing of documents.
• Alerts to clients or suppliers asking for missing documents (e.g. signed POA, translation for foreign filing, etc).
