Company Summary and Role:

A leading European IP powerhouse is seeking a passionate Patent Attorney in the High-Tech field, to join their team.
  
Key responsibilities:

• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the high-tech fields.
• Conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement analyses.
• Managing patent portfolios and providing strategic advice to the business on IP matters.
• Advising on IP-related transactions, including licensing and technology transfer agreements.
• Monitoring third-party patents and potential infringement risks.
• Supporting litigation proceedings related to IP matters.

The successful candidate:

• Will possess a degree in the relevant technical field.
• The successful candidate will be over 2 years PQE.
• Can advise clients on how to protect their works considering their individual specific needs and requirements.
• Have a confident and assertive attitude combined with being commercially astute to build on and develop strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients.
