Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Events, you will manage and deliver client campaigns to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers. Your role will involve coordinating sponsor content, managing client interactions, and leading business reviews to drive customer success.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage schedules of activity for each client in collaboration with sales, editorial, and production teams.
  • Oversee the execution of client campaigns, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sponsor content including programme sessions, editorials, webcasts, and roundtables.
  • Engage Corporate Members in content across editorial and events (physical and digital).
  • Conduct yearly business reviews with key customers, focusing on outcomes and value.
  • Proactively manage accounts and report on customer health to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement customer success improvement plans.
  • Attend physical events to manage client experiences onsite.
  
What We’re Looking For
  • Must have a proven background in Customer Success - experience as a Customer Success Manager in a similar organisation (events & media preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a customer-first environment.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • Action-oriented, collaborative team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Motivated and entrepreneurial with an interest in customer success and event management.
