We have an opportunity within a leading top-tier intellectual property firm for a Solicitor.
The purpose of this role is to support the solicitor partners by acting on a wide range of IP matters across a variety of intellectual property rights, technologies and commercial contexts.
The successful candidate will have:

- 2 – 4 years post qualification experience
- Experience of contentious soft IP litigation before the IPEC, High Court or Patents Court (designs)
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to develop strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients
- Languages would be beneficial
