The Role
- Accountable for sales performance within a European region
- Scoping, bringing on board and managing distributor partners
- Regionally based to cover multiple continental European countries
- Ownership of the BP through working with the distributor & retailers to achieve all set goals
The Person
- You must have worked across numerous countries in Europe and truly understand the distributor model
- You need to be able to understand the countries dynamics and create a commercial value chain which shows all the levers and drivers for the channels and retailers to launch and grow the business aggressively
- You must have worked for a growing and small drinks business
