The role:
  
We are looking for a strategic and experienced head of social media to lead and innovate our social media efforts. You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business goals across various platforms.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Lead social media strategy and ensure it’s aligned with brand vision and goals
  • Oversee content creation and maintain consistency across channels
  • Develop a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using relevant tools
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations 
Requirements: 
  • 5+years of experience within marketing / social media with proven experience of growing social channels
  • Expertise in social media trends, tools, platforms and paid advertising.
  • Ability to work to and achieve KPI’s and wider marketing targets
  • Excellent communication skills, including having challenging conversations about campaign performance
